How do you offer safe shipping when you send the same card/s?

  • Orders that are stored physically at LetsGradeCards ApS or a hotspot are secured via the customer's own contents insurance. Call your insurance company to find out more about your policy.
  • Extended transport guarantee in all transport situations (incl. GLS) and when your order is with PSA can be purchased here: https://letsgradecards.dk/collections/transportgaranti
  • Orders with PSA are secured via the transport guarantee you purchase on our website, and are calculated per card/s. Should an injury occur to your/yours card/s at PSA, you are compensated at fair market value, however, up to a maximum of your purchased service at PSA. This means that if you send a  1,000$ card/s on a service with a maximum declared value of $500 and damage occurs at PSA, PSA will compensate you up to a maximum of $500, regardless of the amount of purchased transport guarantee. 
  • If you use our "QR - Return/Return" system, it is required that you can document the contents of the package, with the end and/or high-quality images of both the front and back of card/s, or video showing all card/s on the front and back, and that you are in possession of your receipt from GLS, which you receive when you hand in your package.
